If you would like help with a particular cooking issue, want help learning how to go GFCF, are new to traditional foods and would like guidance, or want a special menu plan made up for a dinner party or special occasion, KerryAnn is available for a limited number of hours a week for consultation.

Menu Planning and Special Request Menu Mailers

If you wish to have a single meal’s menu planned for a special occasion or event, with or without a prep and shopping list, special requests for a mailer excluding particular ingredients or including lunch &/or breakfast, KerryAnn can help. Examples of this include a single-meal menu mailer for a one-time event, like a child’s birthday or family reunion, or a full week’s menu mailer tailored to fit your family’s food allergies and cooking style.

If you would like written food plan, a full menu mailer or other document to which you have exclusive rights, the cost is $25 per hour, billed in quarter-hour increments, one hour minimum. If you would like a plan that is not exclusively yours, but that others may also purchase through the cookingtf.com website once it is finished, the cost is $15 an hour, billed in quarter-hour increments, one hour minimum. These prices include the time doing research, generating recipes, any needed recipe testing and writing the mailer. If you do not wish me to test the recipes for you, that is an available option. It normally takes several hours to write one menu mailer, plus time testing recipes, depending on the complexity and particular requests.

Contact me at consultation@cookingTF.com with your request and what date you would need it by, and I will send you an estimate. Once the project request is settled, half of the estimated fee is due up front, with the remainder of the balance due at delivery.

Consultations via phone

Help with going gluten &/or casein free, learning how to cook for gluten-free, changing to traditional foods, how to convert a particular recipe, and other similar issues are best done by phone.

Phone consultations are $20 per hour, half-hour minimum. E-mail me at consultation@cookingTF.com with a basic description of what you’d like to discuss and the requested length of consultation. I will contact you to arrange payment and make an appointment for the phone call. Any unused time will be refunded to you via paypal at the end of the phone call.
